This is a picture of Blue Impulse, a Japanese acrobatic flight team. Normally, they form a formation of six aircraft, but in this "cork screw" performance, two aircraft will fly. One aircraft makes a reverse flight, at which time the other aircraft flies around in a circle. At the opening ceremony of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, people around the world may be able to see the Blue Impulse of this acrobatic flight team.
