This photograph shows a red poplar beetle on a leaf of grass, taken in a natural reserve in Chemnitz, Germany. After being on a constant move the little red one is resting, smoothly swinging on the blade of grass surrounded by the softness of a breeze on a summer’s day. To me, there is no other place to get lost as much as in the macro cosmos of nature. I love to find beauty within the small things in life that we often don’t notice when just passing by.
