The world’s clearest lake, Blue Lake – or ‘Rotomairewhenua’, is found amid the remote, pristine landscapes of Nelson Lakes National Park in New Zealand. Klaus Thymann was given unprecedented access to capture these once-in-a-lifetime photographs by undertaking the only dive ever permitted in the lake.
