I was drawn to the poetic scene of a dead bird on the street which would later align organically with the consecutive exposure, a shot of Sarah, my wife. The result encompasses everything I feel about social media's impact on our everyday, love and intimacy, vanity and sense of connection - or disconnection - all set in a global context; all while nature reminds of the beautiful realness of life and death that surrounds us all.
