I am an amateur photographer but knew I wanted to capture the birth of my grandson but never thought I'd capture such a spectacular moment. After coaching my daughter through the delivery of her son, I picked up my camera and started snapping pictures. When I got home and started flipping through my pictures, I was ecstatic to see this shot. I absolutely love that I was able to capture this moment as the mid-wife held him up for his mother to see for the very first time.
