In this series of fine art work, I attempted to photograph spirit both literally and metaphorically. In my mid-twenties, I am starting to experience loss of family members. The concept of a significant person in my life would actually pass away was no longer a movie scene or book chapter, but morphed into something tangible, and this shocked me deeply. In the past two years, I explored different ways of transforming my experience into photographs, but I would like to leave the story relatively open so as to leave the viewers room for their own imagination and interpretation.
