SESENA NUEVO, SPAIN - MAY 13: Toxic smoke rises over the Castilla La Mancha countryside after an illegal tyre dump went on fire on May 13, 2016 in Sesena Nuevo, Spain. The dump, which stored over 75.000 tonnes of used rubber tyres was declared illegal in 2003 but both the Regional government of Madrid and Castilla La Mancha were unable to come to an agreement as to who would pay for the estimated 4 million euro clean-up and removal of the dump.
