According to Oxfam reports, pastoralists in Ethiopia may be some of the people who will bear the brunt of the negative impacts of climate change in the region. Increased poverty, water scarcity and food insecurity will be some issues that tribes such as the Surma people will face. Unfortunately for these people, the rain doesn't come on time anymore and vegetation gets destroyed before they grow...people who are already poor and marginalised are struggling to cope with the added burden of global warming. This is the place where mankind first began...hopefully it will not be the place where it starts to end...Halt global warming...let the flowers grow again...
