At Alexandria refugee camp in northern Greece, some entrepreneurial young men set up a makeshift barbers. Using one of the site's few electrical points, they optimise on business from those waiting for their phones to charge. Last summer, the camp was home to more than 800 people. Most were fleeing conflict in Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan.
