Born in 1949, I started working as a commercial photographer in 1972, and later turned to press photography. In 1986, I was hired by "Yediot Aharonot," the largest daily newspaper in Israel, to work as a press photographer. Later, I became a part-time photo editor for the paper, alongside my duties as a photographer. During most of my career, I specialized in the photography of urban settings and people. In 2004, I retired from photojournalism, and began spending my spare time photographing wildlife and birds in their natural habitats. May 2016 I retired from work as a staff photographer for the Weizmann Institute of Science. +972.542.639.158
