In January 2016, I visited the North of Sweden. These were the clouds I saw from the plane at sunrise above the Arctic Circle - lava-like streams flowing through ice-blue clouds.
You can create multiple entries, and pay for them at the same time. Just go to your History, and select multiple entries that you would like to pay for.
