The woman is standing by the tent of the border guard checkpoint, where passes to nearby transit point are issued. The point is located on the destroyed road from the island of Shah Porir Dwip to Teknaf and is the destination of arrival of newly arrived refugees.Border guards must recognize who is a newly-arrived refugee and who has been a resident of Bangladesh for years. The woman cryies becuase she was separeted from her group who was sent first. It is easier to survive by helping each other.
