I´ve spent the last 4 years chasing thunderstorms in one of the most populated cities of the world (Mexico City), the challenge is to capture lightning bolts as close as possible with landmarks of the city. To achieve this, I must move quickly, get where I want as soon as I can, for most of the strikes hit at the beginning of the act. While I approach the storm I put myself at nature´s mercy, I try to be safe and protect my camera from the intensity of the rain and wind. …“When thunder roars, I run outdoors.”
