The giant sand dunes of the Namib Desert run straight into the Atlantic Ocean along the Skeleton Coast and Sandwich Harbor is one of the few places where you can see this wildly beautiful landscape in person. Sitting there on top of the sand dune, listening to the pounding waves, I cannot help but wonder when the desert met the ocean what stories did they share with each other.
