This celebration began with a parade on October 31, 2021. At first, it was thought that this celebration would not have so many attendees due to the fear of COVID-19, but the people’s tiredness to be locked up and the desire to keep this celebration alive were stronger, around 1 million people were present. You could see the streets saturated with people who, to enjoy the parade, would look out from every possible location: on top of the historical monuments, bus stops, magazine stands, trees, cars; all places were a good spot to enjoy or even record that memory for posterity.
