'Ice Scream' is the latest image from my personal project ‘Sign of the Times’ – an ongoing creative series highlighting the impact of climate change. Capturing the essence of a very British day at the seaside, we headed to Skegness to photograph the bustling beachfront, where eager holidaymakers flock to soak up the sun. As record-breaking temperatures hit the UK, it's a stark reminder that the frequency of extreme weather in recent years has increased across the continent, with British summers set to see more and more scorching days like today.
