Honne 本音("true sound")is the japanese word about a person's true feelings and desires ( hon'ne, , in contrast with 建前 tatemae("built in front"):the behavior and opinions one displays in public. This dichotomy is of great importance in Japanese culture for keep the “wa” (social harmony), wich is the main point in japanese society. Reflections and views through glasses try to highlight the duality between both concepts. In the picture a man watches the Tokyo, the most inhabited city in the world (39 million people) from the Hall terrace.
