Freediving is a sport where you dive as deep as you can, for as long as you can on a single breath of air. It is a sport that is physically demanding, often considered to be extreme, however, more often than not success is usually determined by how well one is able to relax, consuming the least amount of oxygen. The mind, body and spirit plays a huge role to balance the various elements of mental, physical, and emotional control.
