Metamorphosis reflects our historical period of transition and change, impacting both humanity and nature. As ecological philosopher David Abram states, the environmental crisis is also a crisis of perception—we no longer experience forests, mountains, and rivers as truly alive. This project urges viewers to see nature as a living entity. Chromatic interventions symbolize resilience yet also reveal resource depletion. Suspended human presence seeks a renewed bond with nature. Amid the Anthropocene’s challenges, color embodies Earth's regenerative pulse, evoking evolution and metamorphosis.
