On the first morning of meteorological spring in Oxfordshire, England, a low lying mist surrounded this small clump of trees that is rumoured to be an Iron Age burial mound. As the sun rose, warm golden light flooded the landscape, casting a strikingly long shadow through the mist and transforming the scene from my drones perspective.

Biography
Christopher Harrison is a landscape photographer based near Henley-on-Thames in the South East of England. By day, he works in London's technology sector, but outside of work, he finds solitude capturing extraordinary scenes within familiar and lesser-known local landscapes.
Utilising both camera and drone, Christopher thrives in the planning, patience, and creativity that is often required in chasing precise weather conditions and seasonal rhythms to craft compelling visual stories. Christopher aims to inspire and encourage others to discover the beauty close to home.
