I captured this image while I was in the Memory Void section of the Jewish Museum in Berlin, Germany. I walked in this area for few minutes and felt the metal object at my feet cling and make the metallic noises. I wanted to capture the emotions I felt in this place and captured this photograph to reflect my emotions. The void at the end of the path signifies emptiness and darkness which we can avoid by being compassionate to our fellow brothers and sisters. This photograph is a manifestation of the emotions I felt at the time.
