We all know the whale shark as the biggest fish in the ocean, but when put in perspective it is like a tiny goldfish compared to the powerful and endless ocean it calls home. Sharks big and small are being wiped from the planet at an alarming rate and it's time we change our perspective of these gentle and misunderstood animals. Taken on an incredibly clear day on the Ningaloo Coast, where hundreds of whale sharks congregate after coral spawning events.
