I believe this is a new and unique composition. At least, according to what I can find online. I shot this as a six image panorama and the pano effect adds to the circular shape of the lake which frames in the mountain.
You can create multiple entries, and pay for them at the same time. Just go to your History, and select multiple entries that you would like to pay for.
