We are at a crossroads of how to power our world. In a country known for its fjords, mountains and waterfalls, 70% of Norway’s lakes and watercourses are regulated. Hydropower is considered to be one of the most renewable energy sources available, and this little Scandinavian country produces 25 % of the total hydropower sold on the European markets. What kind of an imprint does this need for energy leave on the Norwegian landscape? “Regulated” is an exploration of the landscapes of hydropower.
