Shortly after George Floyd's death, officials in Richmond, Virginia "surrendered" the city's Confederate statuary to the protestors. They quickly turned the Robert E. Lee memorial into an effigy for Floyd and all the other victims of police brutality. This image was shot at night as a single exposure and is meant to depict the continued fight against the Confederacy, even in 2020 America!
