This is an official portrait of Shenali Dona, 23, an independent candid for election, second generation of migrant to Australia from Sri Lanka. I started photograph her when she was a university student, the time when she established her own NPO. As she was running her NPO, she had realised importance of political impact so she decided to be a politician just before she graduated university.
