Often observed from the front of the stage, this series of photographs shows an alternative perspective of the artist's performance, from the the stage itself. From here, the audience and their space become part of the story - the observer becomes the observed. The artist, especially the front man, looms large in the audience's eye, but in these photographs he appears small in the context of the architecture and size of the crowd. (The artist in the photographs is the band Marillion.)
