Moonlit Voyage
Ever since I was a child I've always been fascinated by the quality strength of the light bounced by the full moon.
The ability of our eyes to adapt to it, and be able to see at night, is remarkable when we are far away from modern urban centers.
In pursuit of isolating the framed landscapes from any artificial light source I ended up finding myself completely overwhelmed by the beauty of the noiseless uncanny environments surrounding me.
Moonlit Voyage is an on-going project so far photographed on medium format film.

Biography
Oskar Landi was born and raised in Italy and moved to London, UK, in the early 90's to study music. Eventually he started taking photography classes and since then he has never stopped taking photographs.
In 1998 he moved to New York, studied at the ICP (International Center of Photography) and assisted New York based photographers, most notably the legendary Mary Ellen Mark. Since launching his own career in 2005 he has worked for international magazines, commercial clients and recently received a certificate in cinematography from NYU (New York University).
