Every Tuesday evening, Melvin Jones and his buddies in Overtown, one of Miami’s poorest and most dangerous neighborhoods, fry up all the fish they've caught during the past week and give away heaping plates of fish and grits to all comers, rich and poor, young and old. It's all free. "Everybody gets blessings in different ways," says Jones. "This is our blessing - to be able to provide for people."
