As a passionate photographer of African wildlife, I wait for my ‘prey’ also for a long time, since sooner or later something special may happen. I was on the top of a hill and was thinking how unusual a photo taken from above this scene could be: a lion in the middle of the contrasting green grass covering the swamp. After a while, when a solitary lioness appeared in my camera frame my imagined shot became reality. Her fur shining in the greenish field and curved tail also added a unique, artistic quality to the shot. This photo was taken in Ndutu (a wide area close to the Serengeti National Park, Tanzania).
