“Ash and Object” is a project where I shoot objects that are to fade or easy to be ignored. It took me a long time to collect them and feel them. Gradually from the surface to the essence, I can feel the belongingness, timeliness, memorability of their own. As time goes on, the feeling becomes even stronger. With the aid of photography, I'm trying to find out the desires I care for from them; that is a kind of regression and yearning, and also the most primitive expression deep inside.
