I discovered these old pylons surrounded by mangroves in the mud. The mud in this part of Westerport Bay can be quite dangerous. I was chatting to a guy at a nearby fishing spot one day who rescued another fisherman stuck in the mud almost up to his neck (and sinking). This story was in the back of my mind with every step I took. The sunset peaked for about 5 seconds before this beautiful light disappeared. It was just long enough to capture this frame then return to the car covered in mud. It was definately worth the detour.
