Todd Nicely, 31, is a quad-amputee marine wounded in Afghanistan. Todd was wounded in combat duty by a IED (Improvised Explosive Device). Afterward, a long journey of rehabilitation started. In a year and half, Cpl. Nicely recovered, and had to learn to walk again, to shave and to live counting just on his mechanical arms. Today he is pretty autonomous in almost everything. September 11th, the twin towers attack, changed his life, triggering his decision to join the Marine Corps but Todd Nicely, quad amputee, will always be a Marine soldier in his heart.
