Since I was a child, I have been so many nightmares. I gradually figured out how I see it. When I touch my body where the hands are, the nightmare will happen at the rate of 100%. I'm always struggled and tangled in the dark space in my bad dream. It's like I am locked in that space. The world I see in the nightmare always has no plane or floor. There are some dark and lighter areas but nothing is in shaped.
