Sayaka Ikemoto I really truly hope these kind of cruelty, such as just killing living things for mere joy of human beings, end as soon as possible, and would like to give a big hand to this photographer’s courage on impeaching the issue.
A dozen deceased coyotes lie in a pile at a hunting contest in north-central Ohio. Over three days, hunting teams compete to kill as many coyotes as possible. In total, more than 150 coyotes are harvested for this event, one of many similar contests held across the state. The dead animals are thrown from truck beds, weighed in a repurposed cattle tank, and left to stain the concrete floor with blood and fur. Awards are given for the heaviest coyote and the most kills. After the event, some teams illegally dump the bodies by the side of the highway. Not a single part of the coyotes is used.
