A moment during isolation. Pictured is Emma, my partner of two years, as she sits in our garden during the first lockdown in 2020. Having to stay within the confines of one house meant finding new ways to entertain and stimulate ourselves. On this day we decided to create an elaborate photo shoot similar to old portraits and paintings. Emma, sits before a green backdrop, light fading and dressed in her most elegant outfit on a Tuesday evening in March.The backdrop exposing the expanse of gardens behind, a glimpse into the reality of our isolation and the confinement of our surroundings.
