FOOD-iD 2020 - Ongoing "The taste is in the foreground and the product is the star". That is the credo of most (top) chefs. FOOD-iD is my attempt to deal with this guiding principle, from the point of view and with the means of a photographer. The minimalist structure is intended to focus on the product and its value and, in the best case, lead to a more conscious and sustainable approach to food. The taste is not visible, so I focus on the colours and textures that give each product its own identity.
