Searching for Peace

American author Robert Fulghum wrote, “Peace is not something you wish for. It is something you make, something you are, something you do, and something you give away.”

In a world where conflict seems to shape our narrative, peace can seem distant and illusive. But even amid turmoil, it thrives among us, around us, and within us.

So, we invite you to join us in changing the conversation as we launch IPA’s 2024 OneShot photo competition: “Searching for Peace.”

Through your lens you can illuminate the beauty of peace as it reveals itself in life, in nature, in conflict, and even in the abstract. Share the snapshots that have resonated with you in the pursuit of peace that defines our journey in this ever-evolving world.

Submission Deadline: May 1, 2024

The IPA Oneshot photography contest – Searching for Peace is a single-image online photo competition where you can only submit one image per entry. A series of images cannot be entered. However, there is no limit to the number of entries you can submit, so you can submit as many images as you would like as separate entries.

Unlike the annual International Photography Awards (IPA), there are no separate categories for professional and non-professional / student photographers.

If you want to learn more about the rules and submission process, please visit the IPA Oneshot Terms & Conditions page or contact the Official IPA Support Team.
